The duration of your visit to the Real Alcázar depends on your own pace.
Most visitors spend between 2 and 3 hours, but feel free to take as much time as you need to explore the palaces and gardens at your leisure.

  • Large bags, food and drinks may be restricted according to current security regulations.

There are no full restaurants inside the Real Alcázar, but there is a small café located in the gardens where visitors can enjoy drinks, coffee and light snacks during their visit.
It is a convenient spot for a short break, although opening hours may vary.

For full meals, there are many cafés and restaurants just outside the monument, around Plaza del Triunfo and the Barrio Santa Cruz.
