Entry is strictly based on a 30-minute time slot, and visitors must arrive at the time shown on their ticket.

For full meals, there are many cafés and restaurants just outside the monument, around Plaza del Triunfo and the Barrio Santa Cruz.
REAL ALCÁZAR Directions
The Real Alcázar is located in the historic centre of Seville, just next to the Cathedral and the Giralda. It is easy to reach on foot from most central neighbourhoods:
From Santa Cruz: 2 to 5 minutes
From the Cathedral / Avenida de la Constitución: 1 to 3 minutes
From Plaza Nueva: about 10 minutes
From Triana (Puente de San Telmo): 15 to 20 minutes
Simply head towards the Cathedral, then follow the signs to Patio de Banderas, the main entrance to the monument.
Several city buses stop very close to the Real Alcázar.
The nearest stops are Puerta de Jerez and Menéndez Pelayo, both a short walk from the main entrance.
Useful bus lines:
Lines 05, 41, 42, C4 → Stop: Puerta de Jerez
Lines 21, 34, C3 → Stop: Menéndez Pelayo
Lines C1 and C2 also stop nearby
From either stop, it’s a 5 to 7-minute walk to the Alcázar entrance at Patio de Banderas.
The Seville tram (T1 line) stops at Archivo de Indias, which is just 1 to 2 minutes on foot from the Real Alcázar.
Simply walk towards the Cathedral and follow the signs to Patio de Banderas, the main entrance.
The closest metro station is Puerta de Jerez (Line 1).
